Return policy and tracking
What should I do if my tracking status hasn’t updated?
Don't worry! If your order was recently dispatched, it typically takes 24–36 hours for the tracking number to reflect the first update in the system.
My tracking says "Delivered," but I haven't received it.
If the tracking shows your package has been delivered, but you do not have it, please check the following before contacting us:

Pick-up Points: The order may have been delivered to your local post office or a nearby pick-up box.

Neighbors: Check if the package was delivered by mistake to a neighbor.

Address Check: Verify that the delivery address provided during checkout is 100% correct.
Return & Exchange Policy
At May-ly, we care about the environment and uniqueness. Every single item is handcrafted and printed specially for you the moment you place an order. Because we do not hold stock and each product is custom-made, we have a specific return policy:
1. Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Because all our products are "made-to-order," we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you:

Ordered the wrong color.

Selected the incorrect device model (e.g., wrong MacBook or iPad size).
We kindly ask you to double-check your order and device size carefully before completing your purchase.
2. What if there is a quality issue or a shipping error?
We stand by the quality of our handcrafted products. If there is a manufacturing error or a shipping mistake on our part, we are happy to help!

Claim Period: Any claims for quality issues or shipping errors must be submitted within 30 days of the ordering date.
